Axel's apartment complex

Story time!

Axel didn't fully trust Shredder when he worked for him, and predicted at one point he'd backstab everyone (smart move)

So when he came to New York he took over a busted Apartment complex that said to have rats, roaches, ect. Just not livable...but hey, their mutants they ain't picky. And best of all Shredder didn't know his location even before he sided with the turtles. And if Shredhead need him he said "just call and I'll run, like a master beconing his pet."

Once he renovated the place, and Harper came back. It became their permit home. Soon where they raised their kids.

As soon as Ben turned 13, Dollie was 3 and needed her own room. Ben's room. But instead of moving to a bigger apartment, it was decided Ben won't only get his own room, but his own apartment.

To gain his own Independence​ and learn to handle on his "own" (even though he still technically lives with his parents, his apartment is basically an oversized bedroom)

They live on Level B

Axel's apartment: B3
Ben's apartment: B8

Their directly across from each other
And each floor has 10 rooms (which most are really unlivable)
